1. Is your teaching system custom-tailored to my child? 

Yes. We understand that all children are different and learn in their own way and at their own speed.

2.  Do you provide a FREE assessment? 

Yes. We will administer an assessment test in your own home before you start, at no charge.

3.  Will my child have his own personal tutor? 

 Yes.

4. Where is the tutoring done? 

All of our tutoring is done in your own home.

5. Do you provide ongoing progress reports?

Yes. We provide detailed progress reports on a monthly basis.

6. Do you personally interview and train every tutor? 

 Yes. We have a strict recruitment process, and every tutor is fully trained and certified on all aspects of our learning system.

7.  What certification, training and experience do your tutors have? 

Most of our tutors are university or college graduates or students. They all have teaching experience and have fulfilled all requirements to become a Certified Tutor.

8.  Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Yes, The Brainy Tutor, LLC accepts is cash, debit, checks and credit cards.  

9.  Can I transfer my purchased block of hour from my previous sessions to the following semester?

In most cases, yes.  Prior to the end of the semester, Let us know that you want to transfer your hours to the following semester and then we will determine if they are transferrable. 

10.  Can I  schedule my sessions on sundays?

Definitely.  Our hours are Monday - Friday 4pm to 10pm and Saturdays & Sundays 9am - 6pm.
